At Faith In Curls Boutique Salon, we are all about curly hair!

 

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

  • Jarely and Mayda are available for hair services. Each stylist offers different services and only book out 2 weeks at a time. For booking anytime past 2 weeks you’ll need to checkin again once that time frame opens up. For example 2 weeks from today is the latest day you can book for.

  • The best way to book an appointment is to do so online. We don’t book through the phone at this time. 

  • We pre-qualify ALL Kids Curly Haircut services, please email us at hello@faithincurls.com with photos of the child's hair that you wish to have serviced. PLEASE READ the description under the services page for this service. Its for kids 9 and under and they must be cooperative. If the child has a tender-head/scalp then we need to know. We have a specific time frame to perform the service and that may change it. All children under the age of 9 must be accompanied by an adult not receiving a service unless consent is given by email prior to the appointment. Young people 10 and older must book for the full service accordingly.

  • When booking an appointment please make sure you put the correct phone number and email on file in case we need to contact you to reschedule. Select YES for email notifications! You will receive a confirmation email within two weeks of your scheduled appointment, in that email there is detailed instructions on how to prepare your hair. You will also receive a 72-Hour REMINDER email/text! ACTION IS required if you plan to be at your appointment, you MUST CLICK TO CONFIRM. However if you need to cancel you must do it 72 hours before (3 days before) your scheduled appointment.


OUR SAFETY PROTOCOL

  • Please stay home if you are sick or have been ill. You may notify us via text or email if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment…386-259-8442. Please be sure to make contact with us if you are going to cancel the appointment. We are not charging for late cancelations at this time. However, we do charge for no call, no show. We understand things come up even last minute but please let us know so that we can make the spot available to someone else. If you don’t notify us and don’t show up, we no longer welcome you as a guest at Faith in Curls. Please just let us know if you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment.


If you don’t find any appointments then you can add yourself to the waitlist and you’ll be notified if an opening becomes available for your selected desired date and time.

We try our best to guarantee the satisfaction of all of our customers however there are so many different types of curls and people are in different phases in their curly hair journey so we try to ensure that expectations are realistic and that we equip each client with what they need to have successful hair days at home. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a service you receive at the salon, please let us know so that we can work together for you to achieve your hair goals. Let us know within 2 weeks of your service and we would be happy to schedule an appointment to remedy any issues you may be having with your hair. Learning how to manage curly hair can take time and practice. Our hope is that at the end of the session you see the potential of your curls if you have been struggling to style it.
