At Faith In Curls, we exclusively service naturally curly hair. If you don’t know whether your hair qualifies for our services, we recommend visiting the Identify Your Curls page before booking an appointment or emailing us a photo of your hair at hello@faithincurls.com
PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT & ARRIVING AT THE SALON
We ask that you come to the appointment with your hair styled as normal with products like you normally would. This allows us to see your current shape and style and make customizations to it. You can do this the day before. Please do not come with any hair ties or clips in it.
When you arrive, you’ll see the salon through the storefront windows and you’re welcome to come inside. We’ll greet you and you can have a seat in the lobby until your stylist is ready for you.
OUR SAFETY PROTOCOL
Please stay home if you are sick or have been ill. You may notify us via text at 386-259-8442 or email us at faithincurls@gmail.com if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. We are not charging for late cancelations at this time. However, we do charge for no call, no show. Please be sure to let us know if you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment.
BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
You can book an appointment here. If you want to schedule an appointment but don’t see any available slots on the schedule there are three options for you
First: You can check back when your requested time frame opens up.
Second: You can add yourself to our waitlist to be contacted when appointments are available.
Three: You can text the salon concierge at 386-259-8442 for last minute or same day openings.
All appointments should be booked online. We only offer appointments via text if they are same day inquiries.
When booking an appointment please make sure you put the correct phone number and email on file in case we need to contact you to reschedule and select YES for email notifications. You will receive a confirmation email within two weeks of your scheduled appointment, in that email there are detailed instructions about how to prepare your hair for your appointment.
You will also receive a 24-Hour reminder email/text. Action is required if you plan to be at your appointment, you MUST CLICK TO CONFIRM. However, if you need to cancel you must do it 24 hours (1 full day) before your appointment.
For Kids Haircuts
If your child may be uncooperative, sensitive/scalp, or has damaged hair then we will need to pre-qualify them for our services, please email us at faithincurls@gmail.com with photos of the child's hair that you wish to have serviced.
Our Kids’ custom curly haircut service is for kids aged 9 and under and they must be cooperative. If the child has a tender-head/scalp, then we need to be made aware of that prior to the appointment as it may affect the time required to complete the service. All children under the age of 9 must be accompanied by an adult not receiving a service unless consent is given by email prior to the appointment.
Young people 10 and older don’t qualify for a kids’ haircut and must book for the teens full service accordingly.
DAMAGED HAIR
If you have hair that has been damaged due to relaxer, texturizer, keratin treatment, over processed color, heat, extensions, braids or neglect you must transition for at least 9-12 months with no manipulation before qualifying for a service.
Unfortunately, we cannot repair the damage and you must cut it off. We call this the Big Chop Service and it is why we suggest transitioning for at least a year before coming in. Please be patient and understand that it can take time to reach your hair goals.

Hydration treatments are intended as a luxury for hair that is either already healthy or has experience minimal trauma such as going to the beach, winter dryness, etc. It is NOT suitable for severely damaged hair from chemical treatments like relaxers, texturizers, keratin treatments, color, heat, extensions, or braids and will not repair the damage.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so 72 hours before your appointment time.
All cancellations should be completed by logging into your online vagaro account or sent via email to hello@faithincurls.com. Please do not cancel via Facebook Messenger or after salon business hours.
We ask that you respect our time, because of this we do not allow no call, no shows. If you no show, you will be charged for the full service and unfortunately will not be allowed to schedule any future appointments with us at Faith in Curls. We look forward to working with you so please cancel your appointment in due time if you’re unable to make it.
72 hours before your appointment you will receive a reminder email, this is your time to cancel. You will also receive a TEXT reminder the day before your appointment. PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THESE REMINDERS. The easiest way to cancel or reschedule your appointment is by logging on to your online booking account (or email us at faithincurls@gmail.com).
Due to the high demand, we are unable to answer the phone at this time, please send an email if you need to cancel.
To ensure the best experience possible please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. Arriving late to your appointment will cut into the service time you have with our stylist based on the time your appointment is scheduled for.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept opened or used product returns.
All services are non-refundable, if you have an issue with your service please follow the instructions below and we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.

We strive to provide high-quality curly hair services to each and every client, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your Faith in Curls experience. However, there are many factors that affect the process including; your unique curl type, your phase in the curly hair journey, and your hair history.
We do our best to guarantee the satisfaction of all our customers by setting realistic expectations and equipping each client with the tips, techniques, and product recommendations to have successful hair days at home.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service you receive at Faith in Curls, please let us know so that we can work together to come up with a solution that will help you achieve your hair goals. Reach out to us within 2 weeks of your service and we would be happy to schedule a styling session to remedy any issues you may be having with your hair.
Learning how to manage curly hair can take time and practice. Our hope is that at the end of the session you see the potential of your curls if you have been struggling to style your hair at home.
